Job Description
Fortis Games is seeking a Lead Technical Artist to shape the technical foundations of their art pipelines. The role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions, mentoring senior ICs, and collaborating with artists, designers, and engineers. This position is crucial for building efficient, high-quality mobile gaming experiences.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Artist in game development.
- Expertise across Unity and DCC tools (Blender, Substance, Maya, Photoshop).
- Strong programming/scripting skills in C# and Python.
- Mastery of mobile performance optimization and rendering pipelines (URP).
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge workflows (e.g., procedural generation, AI-assisted art, real-time rendering).
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding Sr. ICs.
