Job Description
Fortinet is seeking a dynamic Technical Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance for their growing business. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuration changes, and providing customer education, particularly for Fortinet products like Fortigate and related technologies. They will interact with QA, development, and partners to address technical problems and identify bugs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or system administration role
- Deep working knowledge of operating systems - Windows, OSX, Linux
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches
- Previous call center experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
