Sales Engineer, Major Enterprise

Fortinet is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the sales organization and post-sales efforts for Major Enterprise accounts. The role involves pre-sales outreach, customer technical support, and post-sales training. Collaboration with Account Managers is key to understanding customer needs and providing effective technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in technical/pre-sales support
• 5-7 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus technologies
• Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Customary and regular engagement in selling, including travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
