Director, Compliance Officer

Foodsmart is a leading telenutrition and foodcare solution seeking a Director, Compliance Officer to develop and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, law, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and fraud and abuse laws
• Significant experience in cross-functional roles interfacing with internal and external teams on complex, multi-faceted projects
• Experience building compliance programs and conducting audits, risk assessments, and internal investigations
