Requirements
- Support the Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of back-of-house operations
- Lead by example on the line
- Uphold and enforce culinary standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist in ordering, inventory control, and maintain cost efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership on seasonal menu development
