Solution Architect, Post-sales

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our post-sales implementation team to deliver our solutions to clients. The role involves owning the client onboarding lifecycle, working autonomously to understand customer requirements, and providing the best onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong sense of ownership and client care
• Experience with APIs, JSON, cloud technologies, and ERPs
• Track record of post-sales work with complex B2B SaaS solutions
• Experience in leading and designing technical solutions in a SaaS environment
• Subject matter expertise to create product awareness and drive new insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-directed, and autonomous
