Job Description
Fogelman is a nationally recognized, fully integrated multifamily real estate company seeking a Professional Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Kendrick, located in the Lenox/Buckhead area of Atlanta. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of sales or leasing experience, is strong with social media and marketing, provides exceptional customer service skills, enjoys planning and executing resident events, and is a team player.
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a leasing professional is preferred
- Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred
- Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred
- Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions. Familiarity with the local market preferred
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
