Leasing Consultant

Fogelman is a nationally recognized, fully integrated multifamily real estate company seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the team at One Rocky Ridge Apartments in Douglasville, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of sales or leasing experience, is strong with social media and marketing, provides exceptional customer service skills, and is a team player.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a leasing professional is preferred
• Up to one year of related experience or training
• Experience with virtual and in-person community tours is preferred
• Working knowledge of property management platforms (i.e. Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred
• Marketing skills with the ability to execute a property marketing plan through outside marketing, social media and resident functions
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), relationship-building and customer service skills
• A valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required
