Job Description
FNS is a logistics company that values trust, communication, team play, challenge, and balance. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to establish SOPs, define KPIs, and lead training programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in warehousing, B2B/B2C logistics operations, or import logistics
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for business within the U.S. and Canada
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of logistics systems, especially WMS, preferred
- Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
