Sr. Warehouse Operations Support Specialist

FNS is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Operations Support Specialist to lead new warehouse setup projects, analyze operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, hands-on WMS/ERP experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Hands-on WMS/ERP operational experience and participation in system or process improvement projects
• Experience in B2B/B2C fulfillment environments (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of KPI-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
