Compliance Auditor Part 145

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Monitoring Auditor to join our Part-145 organization. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with EASA regulations, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in our operations.

Requirements

• Maintain and oversee the implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Program
• Support the development, implementation, and revision of the Compliance Monitoring Manual
• Ensure that all regulatory responsibilities are fulfilled in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Program and applicable EASA regulations
• Conduct internal audits, follow up on findings, analyze trends, and report results
• Initiate and coordinate corrective actions, monitor their effectiveness, and provide feedback to the Compliance Monitoring Manager
• Promote a strong culture of quality and safety awareness throughout the organization during audits and monitoring activities
