Head, Risk and Compliance Analytics

Flutterwave is seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance Analytics to develop and implement robust analytical products to enhance risk management and compliance processes.

Requirements

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of risk scoring models
• Implement performance monitoring mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of risk scoring models
• Develop and implement decision strategies that balance risk mitigation with business objectives
• Provide strategic leadership to the Risk Scoring and Decision team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk scoring and decision strategies into business processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
• Communicate risk insights, findings, and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders
• Build, nurture and develop a high performing team
• Implement Risk and Compliance data dashboards
