Head, Fraud Risk

Flutterwave is seeking an experienced senior leader to head Fraud Risk Strategy. The leader will manage and mitigate financial losses and payment partner compliance due to fraud risk in our merchant acquiring and remittance business. The role involves developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the company's interests while ensuring a positive experience for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field
• Proven 15+ years' experience in risk management
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, risk modeling, and statistical techniques
• Deep understanding of financial products, payment processing, and regulatory and scheme requirements related to fraud risk management
