We're looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Data & Insights Partner to help shape how we visualise, analyse and apply data to inform our recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Manage, maintain, and enhance existing TA data and dashboards, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting
- Standardise reporting across all talent acquisition teams to enable clear comparisons and insights
- Support ad hoc data and insight requests, providing timely, actionable analysis
- Develop and maintain visual dashboards for real-time access to key TA metrics
- Analyse TA data (e.g., vacancies, hires, conversion rates, sourcing channels, quality and volume of talent) to generate strategic insights
- Establish and enforce data governance principles
- Deliver data cleansing and validation initiatives to maintain high-quality datasets
- Implement and monitor candidate experience surveys, providing insights to improve the hiring process
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance the personalisation of dashboards and insights
- Support strategic conversations with stakeholders by translating TA data into actionable recommendations
