Job Description
We are hiring AI Software Engineers to build tools that make every team member significantly more productive, leveraging AI-powered applications and shared infrastructure. Responsibilities include building internal tools, designing shared AI infrastructure, and integrating AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript
- Strong full-stack development skills with experience building web applications (React, Next.js, or similar frameworks)
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools including Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, etc., and agent frameworks around them
- Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
