Job Description
Cartesia is hiring an AI-native Software Engineer, AI & Developer Acceleration to optimize developer experience and maximize ship velocity for Cartesia engineers. The role involves building tooling at the frontier of AI coding, creating automated end-to-end dev & evaluation harnesses, and building a playbook for internal tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on writing maintainable code
- Expert in TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Deep curiosity about the state of agentic coding tools and how to optimize agent-assisted workflows
