Requirements
- Manage customers and their product needs throughout the life cycle
- Assess customer needs and recommend most suitable products/solutions
- Identify and develop new business in the region, develop growth strategies and submit regular sales plans and forecasts
- Monitor industry for updates and changes in the product landscape
- Provide technical support and engineering management in the requirements specification, design and engineering, manufacture, installation, tracking and monitoring of the performance of consumables
- Support new product development and R&D projects in the region
