Job Description
Lead all aspects of the ABWF and/or A&A works on the project across the initial design, procurement and construction phase; Manage and coordinate preconstruction and design development activities; Manage all aspects of the ABWF works financial performance of the project; Ensure project is delivered safely and to the required quality in-line with the company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction management or related engineering discipline
- At least 10 years' relevant ABWF fit out and/or A&A works experience
- Strong site management experience, including materials supply, specification, quality controls
- Good understanding of local Building Regulations and Minor Works Control System
- Good financial and contractual knowledge in dealing with contract management
- Proficient in Cantonese and English
