Job Description
Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager responsible for overseeing project planning, progress, and quality & safety in commercial and public sectors. Leads a team of Engineers and Supervisors and coordinates with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
Requirements
- Degree or above in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in building services or MVAC contracting field with large scale building projects
- All-round project management skill set
- Strong technical capability and competency
- Good skills in tendering and bargaining with suppliers
- Able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated and a good team player
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
