Job Description
Florida Window and Door is expanding its sales team with a full-time position as an Outside Sales Representative. This is a base salary+uncapped commission-based opportunity for self-motivated individuals seeking high income potential. The role involves selling high-quality impact windows and doors in homes and managing appointments with pre-qualified leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
