Job Description
Florida Window and Door is rapidly growing as a home improvement company and expanding its sales team. They offer a base salary with uncapped commission potential and a schedule of Monday-Thursday and Saturday appointments. The role is focused on delivering high-quality service and maximizing earning potential through pre-qualified leads and successful sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
