Flodesk is looking for a hands-on IT Support & Security Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations while ensuring information security and compliance across the company. This role requires working onsite to manage our infrastructure and smart office systems.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or internal Security roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Endpoint Management (MDM), Access Rights (IAM), and Office Network basics (LAN/WAN/WiFi).
- Operational Skills: Experience managing software licenses (SaaS) and performing administrative tasks (setup/renewals).
- Security Mindset: Practical knowledge of security best practices (e.g., why 2FA matters, how to spot phishing, data privacy).
- Soft Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Engineering and other global teams) and supporting employees directly with patience.
- Communication: Good English communication skills (written & verbal)—you will be writing announcements and talking to auditors.
