Flix is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive growth for Flixbus and Greyhound in North America, working directly with the CEO and in close coordination with global marketing leadership.
Requirements
- Define and evolve long-term positioning for Greyhound and FlixBus
- Shift North America marketing from search-first to a balanced, multi-channel approach
- Translate business goals into a data-driven marketing plan
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns
- Own content strategy across key platforms
- Oversee design and deployment of marketing assets
- Monitor KPIs, optimize spend, and align closely with Commercial, Operations, and HQ Marketing teams
