Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Flexera. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to customers and partners via various channels, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering. We're a dynamic team at the forefront of FinOps & Cloud technology, and we're passionate about delivering outstanding support and solutions to our customers.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience
- Passionate customer orientation and dedication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize tasks
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with at least one Cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications preferred
- Familiarity with Container technologies (Kubernetes) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.)
