Job Description
FlexCar is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team in Athens, Greece. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across the company’s operations, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and support in investment and M&A activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Law from a top-tier university in Greece or abroad.
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in law, ideally within a corporate or transactional environment.
- Professional experience in Corporate, Commercial, and/or Financial law.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- A Master’s degree (LL.M.) or professional certifications will be considered an asset.
