Job Description
EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and guidance on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
Requirements
- University Degree in Law – Member of a Bar Association in Greece;
- 8+ years of experience as a lawyer;
- Solid litigation experience will be considered a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English;
- Excellent command of the German and/or French language;
- Substantial MS office knowledge;
- LLM or experience in one or a combination of EU law, public procurement law, labour law, and contract law will be considered an asset;
