Job Description
Flexa, a Joint Venture between Enpal and Entrix, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects. The role will bridge the gap between the CTO, technical teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time position in Munich, Germany, focused on contributing to a sustainable energy future.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program or project management within a technical-innovation-focused organization (Software or Data Science)
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related tech field
- 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience, ideally in a Software or Data Science development environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience (3+ years)
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of technology and business processes
- Ability to identify and track complex dependencies
