Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at EX Squared, you will lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, driving innovation and digital transformation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management
• 5+ years working closely with technology teams, ideally in healthcare or product-related environments
• Proven success in launching new products with engineering and product teams
• Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
• Technical expertise in conducting data analysis and using technical tools
• Ability to interpret system architectures and dependencies across platforms, software, and data science
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Advanced English level (spoken and written)
