- Solid experience in recruitment and selection, either in companies or consultancies
- Ability to conduct processes with agility without losing quality, always focusing on the candidate experience
- Experience in dynamic environments with high demand
- Analytical profile, with the ability to generate, interpret, and present Talent Acquisition data
- Excellent communication, ability to influence, and ease of relationship with different stakeholders
