Principal Scientist, Machine Learning (Protein Design)

Ampersand Biomedicines is seeking a Principal Scientist, Machine Learning to join its Computational Science team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning-driven antibody binder design and a strong foundation in machine learning/deep learning and sequence/structure-based protein design.

Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry, biophysics, computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, machine learning, or a related discipline
• Strong background and demonstrated experience in machine learning/deep learning, modeling, simulation, and design, particularly in sequence and structure-based antibody design
• Demonstrated experience with state-of-the-art tools for protein design and machine learning approaches
