Job Description
Five Rivers IT, Inc. is seeking a Systems Admin to provide IT Managed Services to clients in the NYC metro area. The role involves developing, implementing, and supporting systems administration initiatives, including support for small businesses and active directory/server technologies. Strong problem-solving and automation skills are essential.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Windows System Administration
- At least 5 years of experience in Network Administration
- At least 3 years of experience managing Office 365
- At least 2 years of experience managing Azure
- Experience with virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, or Hyper-V
- Strong understanding of base concepts and protocols such as TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLAN, VPN
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting and automation
- Ability to research solutions and follow change controls
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
