Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, ideally a minimum of 2 years experience within the FinTech or high-growth SaaS industry
- Strong foundational knowledge of technical roles (e.g., modern programming languages, cloud infrastructure)
- Agility & Initiative: The proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions, work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive amid the constant change inherent in a growing company
- Compliance: Familiarity with Canadian (specifically BC) employment regulations and best practices
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
