Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years experience in business operations or project coordination/management, with a focus on complex, cross-functional projects.
- Expert communication skills and ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
- Proficiency in project coordination methodologies (Agile/Scrum basics) and tools (JIRA, Monday, or equivalent).
- Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple interdependent projects.
- Proficiency in presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite or similar).
- Strong analytical, process modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
