Translations Team Manager

Fisher Investments Ireland (FII) is seeking a Translations Team Leader to join its in-house localisation team. The role involves managing a team of European linguists, coordinating project objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality translations for internal clients and ensure adherence to FII’s global standards. Responsibilities include translation vendor relationship management, tone and language guide development, and reporting on team performance.

Requirements

• Manage a team of European translators
• Provide services to internal clients (Sales, Service, Research, Content, Marketing, and Legal)
• Support growth initiatives, including human capital development
• Contribute to the development of localization workflows
