FirstSteps is seeking a Regional Clinic Director to lead and grow the clinic's operation within the Covina, CA area. This leadership role involves managing a team of clinical and administrative staff, ensuring high-quality client care, and fostering collaborative relationships with vendors and stakeholders. The RCD is responsible for operational excellence, policy implementation, and maintaining a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate required (Psychology or closely related field preferred)
• Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) - required
• 3 years of exemplary performance in a similar leadership role
• Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and adhere to assigned schedule
• Report regularly with accurate financial metrics
• Maintain compliance with ABA regulations
