We are seeking a Product Implementation Specialist to join the Product Solutions team and contribute to delivering critical product implementations. The Product Implementation Specialist will work directly with our end users and client’s subject matter experts to configure our product for their specific business requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in customer implementations, preferably including API or SFTP integrations
- Customer focused and a passion for user experience and working with people
- Ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship building skills
- Ability to synthesize and articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical colleagues/customers
- Knowledge in the fundamentals of servers, software, configuration management, and data management; and experience successfully troubleshooting systems and application issues
- Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems, attacking them from different angles and bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders to drive great business results for the customer
- Organized, and energetic team player with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Willingness, desire, and aptitude to take on new tasks, develop new concepts, and programs on the job
