Substation Engineering Manager

FindTalent is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to lead business development efforts, team growth, and client relationships in the West Region. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution and development of substation projects, ensuring technical, operational, and project management standards are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including substation project execution and EPC project experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience; experience building a team from the ground up preferred
• Active PE license preferred
