Project Manager – Substation (Engineering)

FindTalent is seeking a Project Manager – Substation on behalf of a leading engineering firm specializing in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. The role involves managing substation engineering projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the growth and success of the T&D business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in substation design and engineering project management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Strong project management skills, including financial oversight, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Valid driver’s license.
