Job Description
FinDock is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to turn conversations into opportunities. As a BDR, you'll work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Salesforce partners to generate a strong sales pipeline and deliver well-qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and structured outreach
- Experience with US clients is a must
- Skilled in prospecting, discovery, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce a plus)
- Strong communicator - clear, curious, and adaptable across audiences
- Technically fluent: comfortable discussing payments, APIs, and integrations
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by purpose
- Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
- Passionate about building trust and creating impact from the first call
- Fluent in English
