Findigs is a mission-driven company that aims to make renting work for all. We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications and services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of API integration best practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps best practices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and test-driven development practices
