Job Description
TheIncLab engineers and delivers intelligent digital applications and platforms that revolutionize how our customers and mission-critical teams achieve success. As a key member of the R&D Team, the Lead Software Engineer will guide small teams through complex engineering projects, including exploratory research, prototyping, and the development of internally funded software products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 3 years of experience in leading software engineering teams or projects
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead on projects
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level
