Technical Recruiter, Data Science

Figma is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help bring on exceptional data scientists, machine-learning experts, research scientists, analysts, and technical leaders. The role will involve full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders, creating outreach campaigns, and influencing interview loops.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• At least 2+ years focused on data/applied-science or ML/AI hiring
• Proven track record of independently sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in competitive technical markets
• Deep familiarity with the data-science and applied-research ecosystem
• Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder hiring processes
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
