Figma is growing its team and is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join its Global Sales Enablement organization. The role will involve building and programming product and technical enablement approach, building scalable programs, and shaping how the company educates its customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales onboarding, or similar
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to build scalable enablement programs
- Experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
