Figma is growing its team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in helping existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts.
Requirements
- Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma's platform and pricing
- Close inbound sales requests for expanding subscription
- Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method)
- Close targeted outbound account renewals
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
- Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products
