Job Description
Area Sales Manager (ASM) II role at Fifth Third Bank involves leading a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, developing sales culture and relationships with Financial Center personnel, and driving volume growth in assigned area. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years residential mortgage sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines
- Ability to analyze policies, procedures, and guidelines in a way that maximizes productivity but protects the level of risk desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- PC proficient in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Mortgage origination systems and automated decisioning tools
