Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company that enables organizations to scale globally. We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking Manufacturing, Tooling Design & Manufacture, or related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in CNC machining, injection molding/plastic tooling, or OEM/CM hardware manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years in project/program management roles.
- Strong program management experience: planning, scope control, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
- Experience with NPD or NPI in sheet metal or machining processes; APQP experience in production environments.
