Job Description
Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company that enables organizations to scale globally across Fictiv’s four global manufacturing centers. The Sr. TPM role will support and drive improvement to critical manufacturing functions and execute on core manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, metalworking manufacturing or Tooling Design & Manufacture or related engineering field
- 10+ years working experience in FATP or in OEM/CM for Mechanical hardware manufacturing, or CNC machining/ molding/plastic tooling industry
- Excellent PM skills on planning, scope management, risk management, problem solving skills, communication skill, decision making skill, and etc.
- Experience of APQP/PPAP or IQ/OQ/PQ or EV/DV/PV or NPI process is a plus
- Fluent in written and spoken English, experience working in multicultural environments
