Property Manager

First Capital is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in the Montreal Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, liaising with tenants, and ensuring properties are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager
• Strong leadership skills and proven track record of motivating and developing teams
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of building standards and sound technical knowledge
• Proficiency in accounting and financial management
