Property Manager

First Capital is seeking a Property Manager to join its Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.

Requirements

• Five (5) years plus of experience as a Property Manager, either in retail or commercial properties
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with tenants, external contractors, internal teams, and others within all levels
• Knowledge of building standards coupled with sound technical knowledge
• Proficiency in accounting and financial management
