Job Description
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their Application Platform & Tooling team. The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling shared frameworks, libraries, and developer tooling to accelerate service teams' workflow. Key responsibilities include code development, CI/CD integration, observability, and mentoring peers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Domain-Driven Design and enjoy collaborative, outcome-oriented problem solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years software engineering experience building reusable components or frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Onion architecture.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, API/library design, versioning, and backward-compatibility patterns.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, developer tooling, and cloud-native delivery (Azure preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
